During our trip through Asia in 2018, we fell in love with one aid project in particular : the Bayon School in Cambodia.
We were able to get an idea of the facility on site and were incredibly impressed by the commitment and commitment of the helpers. With a lot of love, children from the poorest backgrounds are offered a perspective here and also have a place where they can feel comfortable and secure.
The origins of the Bayon School go back more than 20 years. Since 2014, Bayon Education and Development is a Cambodian entity supported by a French organization called SEP du Bayon. The Bayon School puts a lot of heart into the education of children and students who live in very difficult circumstances. The organization is currently supporting more than 400 young Cambodians.
The great range of support extends from kindergarten to university. There is also the option of completing a professional training program in baking and confectionery. The volunteers on site do an amazing job, with a lot of heart and passion.
The children in the Bayon School are offered a sustainable perspective that gives them a chance for a better future .
We would like to support this path and donate to the Bayon School with every product sold.
To provide education to the underprivileged children and youth living in the vicinity of Angkor Wat temples and in the surrounding villages.

Bayon School has 4 main activities, all aimed at education:
1. An elementary school with 248 children from Kindergarten to 6th grade (12 years old).
2. A postgraduate program for former elementary school students in public
secondary schools. Particularly committed students are even supported until they join the
university.
3. A confectionery school: Here up to 21 needy women are given the opportunity
to complete free vocational training in confectionery and bakery.
4. A green garden project: Families grow vegetables in their garden and supply
the elementary school canteen every day (approx. 260 lunches).
It is important to us to support the Bayon School with the sale of our products and thus make a contribution to a better future for children in Cambodia.
