Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer
is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that
cannot be attributed predominantly to either their commercial or self-employed professional activities:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

info@organic-mom.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail
or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract,
inform us. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although
its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise
of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you,
including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs
resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery
we offer), without delay and no later than
fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your
withdrawal from this contract. We will use
the same payment method you used for the original transaction
for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances
will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold
the refund until we have received the goods back or until you
have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever
comes first.
You must return the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days
from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract,
to Weikert & Weikert GbR, Heidelberger Straße 148a, 64285 Darmstadt,
or hand them over to us. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the end of the
fourteen-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this
loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and
functionality.
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the merchandise. Please return the
item to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and
packaging materials. If necessary, use protective
outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please
use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during shipping.
2) Please do not return the merchandise to us with shipping charges unpaid.
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the
effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
